Kingfisher Primary School
Brief overview of the Project
Kingfisher Primary School boasts 14 classrooms over two floors. A total of 2,887 square meter floor space will provide a more comfortable and better equipped learning environment for the students and staff to enjoy for many years to come.
Construction started in May 2017 and completed in June 2018, in time for the Primary school children to enjoy when they start in September 2018.
The students visited the new build numerous times during construction. Signatures of the school children were placed onto plasterboard and attached to the metal framing under the staircase as a special time capsule memento.
With many obstacles overcome, including sub-zero temperatures, the whole project was able to catch up with the demand of the deadlines set. The BAM team were extremely proud of everyone involved in the project and what a great primary school building it is.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved.
